Zhejiang Longda Stainless Steel Co., Ltd., through unwavering perseverance and years of arduous struggle, has written a glorious chapter in its development!

In 1991, Xincheng Seamless Steel Pipe Factory was established in Wenzhou. It was one of the first privately-owned stainless steel pipe manufacturers in China, starting with the production of stainless steel capillary tubes. This marked a crucial stage in China's transition from import dependence to domestic production of stainless steel pipes.

From 1992 to 2001, the company continuously upgraded its production equipment and began developing and producing stainless steel fluid pipes, stainless steel pressure vessel pipes, stainless steel boiler heat exchanger tubes, stainless steel square tubes, and stainless steel rectangular tubes. These products were distributed across various industries and regional markets in China.

From 2002 to 2004, the medium-caliber stainless steel seamless pipe project successfully commenced production, expanding the production range of round tubes to 325*25mm and square tubes to 200*200*20mm, bringing annual output to 2,000 tons.

In 2005, the company established "Zhejiang Longda Stainless Steel Co., Ltd." and relocated its manufacturing base from Wenzhou to Songyang, Lishui, Zhejiang. The plant expanded to 30 acres and the annual output expanded to 4,000 tons. Its products have been applied in the fields of domestic petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, electric power, shipbuilding, aerospace, food, medical health, environmental protection, etc.

In 2006-2007, the company registered the "Longda" and "Chugang" trademarks and obtained the special equipment manufacturing license (pressure pipe original parts A1, A2, B(1)(2)), ISO9000 certification, EU PED certification, and import and export licenses. The company focuses on improving product quality and customer service level, with a yield rate of 99%, a customer service satisfaction rate of 100%, and no quality complaints.

In 2008, we invested in the construction of Lishui Xinlongda Stainless Steel Co., Ltd., expanding our plant to 60 mu (approximately 1,000 acres) and annual production to 8,000 tons. We expanded our round tube production range to 720*50 mm and our square tube production range to 300*300*30 mm, fully implementing a full-range production line for small to large tubes.

From 2009 to 2013, annual stainless tube production exceeded 10,000 tons. The company also developed and produced duplex, super duplex, and super austenitic stainless steels. We have been awarded titles such as "Zhejiang Green Enterprise," "National High-tech Enterprise," "Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise," "Zhejiang Science and Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprise," and "Zhejiang Famous Brand Product."

From 2014 to 2018, annual production exceeded 12,000 tons, with exports accounting for 40%. Through environmentally friendly innovations, we have achieved zero wastewater discharge, recycled industrial wastewater that meets standards, and converted heat treatment equipment from coal to gas. These initiatives have pioneered a new path for green, energy-efficient development and environmental governance, making an indelible contribution to protecting Songyang's ecological environment.

From 2018 to 2020, annual production exceeded 15,000 tons. Zhejiang Longda Pipe Technology Co., Ltd. was established in Wenzhou, covering 15 mu (approximately 16 acres). The company develops stainless steel supporting products and services, maintains a long-term inventory of 5,000 tons, and offers a one-stop warehousing and distribution service platform. Our innovation is endless: In July 2018, our product, "High-Temperature and Corrosion-Resistant Seamless Stainless Steel Pipe," passed the provincial industrial new product appraisal, and our R&D center was designated a "Provincial High-Tech Enterprise R&D Center."

From 2021 to 2022, the company received provincial-level enterprise research institute certification, becoming the "Zhejiang Longda Stainless Steel New Materials Research Institute." Technological innovation has injected new vitality and momentum into the company. The company has been awarded the "Made in Zhejiang," "Integration of Industrialization and Informationization," and "Provincial Research Institute" certificates, along with numerous patents. The company has also established the industry standard for "High-Pressure Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe."

In 2023, the company continued to expand, establishing five subsidiaries within and outside the province and establishing "Longda Steel Group Co., Ltd." Domestic sales exceeded 600 million yuan, and annual production exceeded 20,000 tons.
